A music hall canteen under the arches at Salford Central, opened on Halloween weekend 2025, with seven independent kitchens and a 40-tap bar. The taps are craft keg, a fair few from Greater Manchester breweries; there's no cask.

Dogs and children until seven, live music most nights, and an espresso martini bar if you've brought someone who doesn't drink beer.
