Cask

The teal-fronted original on Liverpool Road, a few doors from the Science and Industry Museum. A dozen or so keg lines, cask pumps that rotate through Northern breweries, and a bottle fridge that has been stocked with care for fifteen years.

A small beer garden at the back, dogs on the floor, and regulars at the bar. The sort of place that does one thing properly.
